Paddle board hire can accommodate up to 10 people per group booking.
All hires include buoyancy aids that must be worn at all times.

Wetsuit hire is £3pp with wetsuit shoe hire £2pp.

Activities will not be offered for 1.5 hours before and 1.5 hours after Low Tide, so please check the Tide Tables before you book.

Paddle Board hire to be used in the safe designated area off Milford Beach. This will give you a real taste of the fun involved in being on the water and trying out something new all based on the exceptional Milford Haven waterway.

Please note – you may be advised to use a different craft to one you have booked by MBAC staff to ensure that your experience is a positive as possible, i.e. Kayaks may be more suitable than paddle boards in certain weather conditions.

For a more thorough experience, Shoreline tours with one of our instructors will take you along the beautiful estuary coastline that is littered with history including military forts, industrial infrastructure, and stories of viking visitors, all starting from Milford Marina, historically one of the country’s busiest and most important fishing ports.
